`Camp Wellington' folk song lyrics

A folk song about the difference between early teenage summer camp life and the life of wage slavery and alienation under current U.S. economic system that most working-class people in USA experience once they leave school and enter the 9-to-5 work world. Melody and first verse of folk song were written in summer of 1963; and remaining verses and bridge of folk song were written in 2016:
(lyrics)
Oh, welcome to the camp,
Camp Wellington
Yes, welcome to the camp,
Camp Wellington
You'll find joy wherever you go
At the camp that's called our
Camp Wellington.

The counselors are all friendly at
Camp Wellington
The counselors are all friendly at
Camp Wellington
You'll find love wherever you go
In the camp that's called our
Camp Wellington.

Too bad your job ain't like Camp Wellington
But instead like a joyless cage
Too bad oligarchs have ruined it all
For campers when they start to age.

There's swimming in the lake at
Camp Wellington
There's swimming in the lake at
Camp Wellington
You'll find beauty wherever you go
In the camp that's called our
Camp Wellington

The food is free and healthy at
Camp Wellington
The food is free and healthy at
Camp Wellington
You'll find wellness wherever you go
At the camp that's called our
Camp Wellington.

Too bad your job ain't like Camp Wellington
But instead like a joyless cage
Too bad oligarchs have ruined it all
For campers when they start to age.

Yes, welcome to the camp
Camp Wellington
Oh, welcome to the camp
Camp Wellington
You'll find joy wherever you go
In the camp that's called our
Camp Wellington.
